How long does shipping take?

All orders are delivered within 8–15 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?
+

We do not currently offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We always aim to keep these as reasonable as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
+

We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. All international orders are delivered within our standard 8–15 business day window. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order by visiting the confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly — usually within 1–2 hours. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — immediately.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on all non-personalised items, no questions asked. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Personalised products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return and we'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Are your products tested before being sold?

Yes — every single product in our shop has been personally tried, tested and genuinely loved by us before we add it to the store. If it didn't move us, it doesn't make the cut. That's the Romantic Ritual promise.

How do the touch bracelets work?
+

The bracelets connect via a companion app over WiFi or mobile data. When you tap yours, it sends a gentle vibration and light pulse to your partner's bracelet — no matter where in the world they are. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Personalisation
Can I personalise my order?

Most products offer personalisation options — names, dates, coordinates, a meaningful song, or a custom message. You'll see these fields appear on the product page before adding to cart. If you're unsure, just ask us.

How long does personalisation take?

Personalised items typically take an extra 1–2 business days to produce before they're dispatched. We'll always let you know the estimated delivery date at checkout.
